1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing fundkredit.com or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. Service Description

Fundkredit is a financial consultation platform that facilitates loan applications by connecting customers with partner banks and NBFCs. Final loan approval is at the sole discretion of the lender.

3. Eligibility

You must be 21 years or older, an Indian resident with valid KYC documents, and have a regular source of income.

4. User Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information.
• You will not misuse the platform or attempt fraudulent activity.
• You are responsible for all loan repayments to the disbursing lender.

5. Fees & Membership

Membership card fee is ₹799 (inclusive of GST). Membership is non-transferable. Loan processing fees, if any, are levied by the lender directly.

6. Limitation of Liability

Fundkredit acts only as a facilitator. We are not liable for lender's decisions, disbursal timelines, or terms imposed by the lender.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Surat, Gujarat.
