Refund Policy

1. Membership Fee

The membership fee of ₹799 (inclusive of GST) is non-refundable once the membership card has been issued and benefits have been activated.

2. Cancellation Window

You may request cancellation within 24 hours of payment by writing to info@fundkredit.com. Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, minus a 2% payment gateway charge.

3. Loan Processing Fees

Loan processing fees collected by the lender are governed by the lender's own refund policy. Fundkredit does not control such refunds.

4. Failed / Duplicate Transactions

If your account is debited but the transaction failed or was charged twice, the amount will be automatically reversed by the bank within 5–7 working days. If not, email us with the transaction reference.

5. How to Request a Refund

• Email info@fundkredit.com from your registered email.
• Provide order ID, payment reference and reason for refund.
• We will respond within 3 business days.
